We refer to our Contract No. DN99999 dated 1 July 2025 and we are pleased to inform you that all renovation works for the above-mentioned address have been completed on 1 December 2025.
As stated in the contract, the warranty period for the workmanship will be for a period of 18 (eighteen) months starting from the date of completion which is 1 December 2025. Therefore, we shall be liable for any rectification defect in the workmanship till 1 December 2026.
